[Main purpose]:
Asymmetric double helix mixer is a new type of high-efficiency and high-precision mixing equipment. The machine is composed of a set of motors and cycloidal pinwheel reducers for revolution and rotation. It utilizes the principle of combining the rotation motion of long and short mixing screws and the rotation motion of two screws to achieve ideal mixing degree for materials with vastly different proportions, with short mixing time and good effect. Widely applicable for mixing various powders in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, pesticides, feed, petroleum, metallurgy and mining, building materials, coatings, etc.

[Features]:

This machine is composed of a single screw and an S-shaped blade combination, with a wide mixing range and fast mixing speed. Materials with no blind spots, significant differences in contrast weight, and vastly different mixing ratios are more suitable for mixing.

Daily maintenance and upkeep:

1. The bearing and gear life of the double helix cone mixer is generally 2-3 years.
2. The lubrication of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer needs to be checked regularly for oil level. The normal oil level is at 1/2-2/3. The new double helix cone mixer should be changed once after running at full load for 50 hours.
3. Check the lubricating oil once per shift and replenish it promptly if there is a shortage of oil.
4. The gear oil and lubricating grease in the main transmission box, distribution box, and transmission head need to be inspected every six months. Add or replace gear oil and grease as appropriate.
5. The bottom bearing of the spiral shaft should be disassembled and cleaned once after 500 hours of operation (or once after 100 hours of operation of a new machine). If any damage is found during assembly or disassembly, it should be replaced in a timely manner. The condition of adding lubricating grease to the bearings should be strictly inspected.
6. During the operation of the double helix cone mixer, hands, feet, and objects should not be inserted into the cone to prevent accidents. When taking samples from the upper part, the vehicle should be stopped first. If any hard foreign objects are found entering the machine, the vehicle should be stopped promptly and discharged before driving.
7. The discharge valve has difficulty rotating, and the gap can be adjusted appropriately to prevent powder leakage.
8. The bottom top adjustment should not be too tight, and it is advisable to ensure that there is no obvious shaking at the lower end of the pull rod. After adjustment, tighten the positioning nut.
9. When loading, it should be controlled below the rated high limit line, and overloading operation should be avoided to prevent damage to the components. It is strictly prohibited to discharge materials without stopping or start with full load.

Maintenance and Deadline
Equipment damage that occurs upon expiration of the warranty period shall be repaired on site within two days by enterprises within the province and within four days by enterprises outside the province upon receiving notification from the purchaser. The services provided upon expiration of the warranty period are paid services, and a production fee shall be charged for each service.
